You agree to use this application only for the modification of media for which you own the legal copyright, or for which you have explicit permission from the original creator. You may not use Washmark to facilitate copyright infringement or to remove artists' signatures or identifying marks without consent.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Washmark and its developers hold no responsibility for how the generated or modified media is used. You agree to assume full responsibility and legal liability for your modifications and the resulting output files.
4. Local Execution limitations
The application runs within your browser environment. Performance is highly dependent on your local hardware constraints. We cannot guarantee specific rendering times, stability, or compatibility with older devices.
